Sleep EZzzz Magnesium Lotion
The recommended daily magnesium intake is 320-380 mg, about a teaspoon of our lotion. Start with 1/4 to 1/2 tsp, massaging it into your skin. If it's not as effective as you'd hoped, or if your sleep isn't as restful as expected, try using more the following night until you find your own sweet spot.
You can put the lotion anywhere...your chest and stomach absorb the lotion more quickly, while sore muscles, cramps, restless legs benefit most when directly applied to the affected areas.
